Where are the women?

There have been some beautiful mornings in the Bay Area recently. I happened across this beautiful scene when driving back from Santa Cruz Mountains and I had to stop.

Also found this cool flyer at work that is a letter to the current president quoting notable figures in history. Overtop the list someone has written "where are the women?". There are NO women listed in this list of "notable" persons in history. Where are the women? kitty wants to know.
